Small single room but its nice. Room had some small issues but is overall nice.
This is not your upscale motel but it is very clean, neat, the room I stayed in, #1, had been updated and the service was great. I would stay here again.
Great value. Family owned. Clean, comfortable room. Very good service. Awesome bathroom with high walk in shower. Room was lacking a chair. Had to sit on edge of bed or small bench with no back. Could add at least some plastic ware to coffee service basket. Small microwave and fridge. About 2 miles to Onaway for food and fuel. My go to place for great value when I am in the area.
Great place to stay, rustic feel but updated. Nicely appointed and clean. Lovely grounds. Relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return. Would highly recommend this to anyone who visits the area any time of the year.
Cleans rooms, comfy beds, and very quiet. Also located near some local eats. Will definitely be back!
The room was comfortable abd rustic and had a great view of the water. I'll definitely stay there again in the future.
This motel is VERY clean and affordable! My family and I had a power line down in our yard and the fire dept recommended we stay at this place for the night. They were all very nice and even drove out at almost 11pm to rent us a room. I have two young children and we all (my husband included) slept comfortably in the room with two full size beds. I’m so thankful and highly recommend this place!!
Very nice place. It definitely stands out in the town, it’s very nice to see someone doing something with one of the old businesses. Absolutely stunning remodeling work done in the rooms in the motel. Power hook ups at campsites seemed to work great without any interruptions and the trees in the camping areas provided nice shade on hot summer days. I stayed for three weeks this passed summer and fished in the river near the motel and camp ground and I caught several small mouth bass and pike. I believe the motel/campground also had non motorized rental water crafts. I hope to see this place do well I know I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be returning
